Dressing Thai

with Yummi Nuts Peanut with Lemon

Main Ingredients

1 package of Yummi Nuts Peanut with Lemon
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to the desired consistency. If it seems too creamy, add water little by little.
