Pasta Feather with Cashew Pesto
with Yummi Nuts Cashew with Salt

Main Ingredients
For the pesto:
2 cups fresh basil
¼ cup cashew seed
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the pasta:
1 package of feather paste
¾ cup of the water where you cooked the pasta
Parmesan cheese for serving
Preparation
For the pesto:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until you have a homogeneous puree.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For the pasta:
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
Drain it and reserve ¾ cup of the water where you cooked it.
Mix the pasta with the pesto and add ¼ cup of water.
Stir it slowly; little by little add the water to integrate it well.
