Pasta Feather with Cashew Pesto

Main Ingredients

For the pesto:

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • ¼ cup cashew seed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the pasta:

  • 1 package of feather paste
  • ¾ cup of the water where you cooked the pasta
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Preparation

For the pesto:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until you have a homogeneous puree.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the pasta:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  2. Drain it and reserve ¾ cup of the water where you cooked it.
  3. Mix the pasta with the pesto and add ¼ cup of water.
  4. Stir it slowly; little by little add the water to integrate it well.
