Peanut Cookies with Yummi Nuts with Salt

Peanut Cookies

with Yummi Nuts with Salt

Main Ingredients

1 stick of margarine
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of Yummi Nuts Peanut with Salt
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate chips melted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350º F.
In a bowl, cream the sugars with the margarine with an electric mixer.
Add the vanilla and the egg.
Then the flour and mix well.
Add the peanuts and stir with a wooden paddle.
Spoon mixture into greased cookie sheet, leaving two inches between each.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let them cool on a rack and pour the chocolate on top making lines.
